WHAT WE OFFER

To work your best and play your best you must actively participate in your own health. Improved work productivity, reduced aches and pains and increased sports performance are all benefits of regular exercise. With health care costs rising, youth and adult obesity rates soaring, and an aging population it’s time we each take steps to stay healthy and vibrant. Let’s develop healthy lifestyles and teach our families to do the same. Adding a small amount of exercise can reduce a person’s risk of many health problems from obesity to hypertension, to back and neck pain. The hardest part is starting. Working with a trainer gives you support, accountability, and guidance.

When you come into 860 Fitness we make sure that your time is spent working on the things you want and need. We make sure to keep you on track with a set of goals, always moving forward and pushing you.
